The longer external dimension of the pot is measured for the opposite walls of the pot, for the oval pot - the two furthest edges of the pot.
This pot model is not fully frost-resistant. It may be damaged in winter if exposed to direct frost.
When used outdoors, it should be well protected from frost or moved to a greenhouse or cold frame for the winter.
If you are looking for a fully frost-resistant pot, we recommend unglazed pots or another model of glazed pot.
