The Palmatum.pl online store uses the Opinus.pl portal to collect customer reviews. Customers are asked to leave feedback after receiving their order. The invitation to write an review is sent only to customers placing an order via the store system, who provided a valid email address.
Please note, for technical reasons (updating the shop system), invitations to post-purchase reviews are temporarily not sent to customers.
How the feedback system works
The Palmatum.pl store system, once the order has the status 'delivered', send the unique order ID and the customer's email address to the Opinus.pl portal. The opinion portal Opinus.pl sends an email to the customer. The email contains a link with a unique identifier. Thanks to this identifier, the system knows that the review was issued by a customer who actually made a purchase.
The Opinus.pl portal clearly distinguishes the presented opinions - those confirmed by the purchase.
Rules for presenting selected reviews
Subjectively selected reviews are presented directly on the store's website. These are, by definition, positive opinions. These are opinions from the Opinus.pl - this reviews marked as confirmed by purchase.
Other websites with reviews
The Palmatum.pl store team does not affect reviews issued on other opinion-forming websites (e.g. Google Maps, online opinion sites, advertising forums, discussion groups) except those mentioned above.
Reviews posted on other websites may not be related to orders placed in the Palmatum.pl store. Therefore, we recommend that you approach their content with caution.
