Prices
All prices presented in our online store are gross prices, included VAT tax.

Product information
We try very hard to ensure that all items featured on this site are well described. It's hard to present on photos real shades of pots colours, because its depends on lighting which is different outdoor and indoor and also depends on many factors. Our pots are hand made and it's mean that it could be a little different between each of pot from the same model.

Payments
It's possible to pay via traditional bank transfer, by credit card or by PayPal. Also you can pay via qucik internet payments (e-transfers) if you have account in one of polish banks.
For foreing delivery we accept only payment in advance.

Delivery
We cannot send trees or seeds to customers outside the EU.
If goods are received in a damaged condition you must state that on the delivery note and inform the courier and us immediately.

Refunds
You are entitled to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt of the goods, but they must be returned to us in the original condition.
The cost of returning the goods will be borne by the customer.
